明（7）日起就是為期四天的國慶連假，不少民眾已在今（6）日下午、晚間陸續返鄉出遊。不過，據氣象局發布資訊顯示，今晚起至明日東北風將會增大力推薦強，屆時北部、東半部地區及恆春半島都有短暫陣雨，其他地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖則為多雲到晴，提醒民眾出遊時應多加注意。
氣象局也指出，明日午後，中南部地區將有局部短暫雷陣雨，而明日晚間起，東南部、恆春半島、中部以北沿海地區，以及澎湖、金門、馬祖鄰近海域都易有較大風浪出現，若有民眾要進行沿海活動應注意安全。
另外，受對流雲系發展旺盛影響，氣象局下午也針對宜蘭地區發布大雨特報，請當地民眾注意局部大雨、雷擊及強陣風，低窪處則慎防淹水。同時，因東北風增強，氣象局下午發布陸上強風特報，明日下午起中部以北、東南部（含綠島、蘭嶼）、恆春半島及澎湖、金門、馬祖空曠地區及鄰近海域易有 9 至 10 級強陣風，沿海地區並有較大風浪出現。
